Hold the Frequency

Old timelines are dissolving. New realities are being woven.

This came through strongly this week, I often keep this type of transmission in my journal but I want my substack to be where I share things as they come in ✨💎🌹🍄⛰️

We are being prepared for a whole new reality. Old timelines are dissolving away and new ones are being woven. These are rebirthing times.

Your purpose as a conduit is to transmit a frequency. It is not so much about what you need to do, rather a frequency you came here to transmit. Your unique frequency interacts with the crystalline grid of the earth. And when you transmit your unique frequency, like sharing a particular note, it strikes a resonant chord in others and makes it easier for them to find their own. Together we create a resonant field.

Dissonant notes can bring up what is yet to be cleared. This is part of the purging which is happening right now. It is all part of this collective shift. Birth is often difficult. The contraction and expansions work hand in hand, they belong to the law of the earth. The law of nature. And we are nature.

Just like birth and death belong to each other - they are both gates - while we are here we are preparing for the next expansion. Contraction expansion contraction expansion. It’s easy to think you are going backwards when you contract but if you open to life you will find that the next expansion is soon to follow.

Your purpose in these times is to hold the frequency, the note that your soul came here to hold. Everything is sound (vibration) but some sounds we cannot yet hear. Some are developing an increased capacity to feel it though. The resonance and dissonance becoming more and more clear. Like expansion and contraction.

There are souls who chose to be here now to hold their place on the earth’s grid. They are conduits. Nodal points of the crystalline grid. The way they transmit isn’t through doing as much as being. At times gardening might be just as powerful as speaking. Sleeping just as powerful as leading. For holding a frequency requires integration. It can be felt but not yet seen.

Many are processing on behalf of the collective. Purging and clearing on behalf of their lines. This is part of the ascension process right now. But it is less about the earth and more about humanity. The earth is already ancient and future. It is us that are aligning with it not the other way around. And as our capacity expands, new frequencies are coming for us to anchor. And new souls who can hold these frequencies are already joining us.

Many of this group of souls who are part of this, have been here before at times of transition. Intense periods of purging and awakening.

Remembering that you are not alone in this is crucial. The earth knows the way through, and you are part of the earth, and so you do too. It is both soul and star. Part of cosmos. Through connecting to the earth you find your connection to your own cosmic nature. It is not separate from that.

Being connected to others who hold a resonant note is helpful too. This is in part what technology has brought. Recognition of not being here alone. And yet it has brought up so much dissonance too. Dissonance brings up what is ready to be cleared. Connection and disconnection.

But you must not get stuck in it. It has developed our brains and sensory capacities and frequencies that were dormant.

Finding each other on the grid has been important. But you must not get stuck in the loop of it. This year is a transition year. There will be more contractions and expansions. Remember the whole point is to hold your place, your note, your frequency. To transmit.

You integrating and following what is resonant to you is the way. It’s less about doing and all about transmitting. You know you are in resonance when you feel a reverberation like a crystal bowl being struck in the right way. You know dissonance when it clangs. Knowing the difference helps you come into alignment. Resonance brings more resonance. Observing dissonance and finding a way to resonance is part of the clearing and purging. The contraction before the expansion. This is the law of the earth. And these are sacred rebirthing times for humanity.

Our soul knows the way. And it can be found through the resonant field of the body. And the body of the earth.
